I was really wrong about this one. The red looks great. It reminds me of that red skyscraper in Chicago-not too big but a nice bit of color. I always liked how that building looked in the Chicago skyline(and I know many disagree). I like the bold but not too neon red look of this building. Bits of color in a downtown as ...looking for a nice word....."neutral" colored as ours is a good thing. 

 

Other good points..

 

-a good number of units in a fairly small space.

-some height (nine floors) with apartments on top of parking.

-decently sized units (749-979 square feet)-yes we need micro-units but we also need some bigger ones as well downtown.
