May 12, 20169 yr God, Walnut Hills has so much potential. I dunno. Short of an Atlanta-type population explosion and/or construction of a real subway line with stations beneath Peeble's and DeSales Corner (plus Montgomery/Woodburn), I don't expect it to race to the top of Cincinnati neighborhoods. There simply aren't many good single-family houses waiting to get renovated. It's definitely not Northside, or even Evanston in that regard. If it explodes, it's going to be Nashville and Charlotte-type 4-6 floor apartment blocks. Bor-ring.
