I think the series is mostly over at this point, no? Still worth discussing. Cleveland.com did an okay job with their stories, but I noticed a large number of errors and oversimplifications in the reporting.

Speaking of oversimplification, how about the CSU prof who said "white people don't want to live near black people" in describing the problems in CH along the EC border.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Take a look at Cleveland Heights and Lakewood housing markets, by the numbers.

 

Unless indicated the information is from "A Report on Housing Trends in Cuyahoga County 1995 – 2015" released in March by the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.

Housing units, according to the 2010 U.S. Census Fact Finder

 

Cleveland Heights: 19,957 (56.3 percent owner-occupied. 43.7 percent rentals)

 

Lakewood: 25,274 (43.3 percent owner-occupied, 56.7 percent rentals)
