October 27, 20204 yr They do in fact do an excellent job in the rendering hiding the fact that the "riverfront site" is on the protected side of the flood levee and unless you likely live on the top two or three floors you'll see nothing but a levee.

Flaherty & Collins Properties has finished construction of Whiskey River Apartments, a 150-unit apartment development at 500 W. High St. in Lawrenceburg. The Indianapolis-based developer scheduled a grand opening from 2-6 p.m. on Friday, July 22. The city unveiled renderings for an enhanced Riverwalk on the Levee in a press release ahead of Mayor Kelly Mollaun’s Feb. 16 State of the City address. The riverwalk, located near Lawrenceburg’s event center and hotel, will feature a paved path paired with swings and benches. It will function as an extension of the Dearborn Trail, a 4.5-mile riverside path that runs through the southeast Indiana cities of Greendale, Lawrenceburg and Aurora along the former New York Central Railroad line.
