I have forgoten how to add a poll to my thread, can some one remind my, thank you, some one help the slow guy please. :wave:

When you want to post a new topic, select the New Poll button instead of the New Topic button on the top of the board indexes.

Two questions.

 

1 - Is it possible to add a poll to an existing thread?

2 - Why can't you edit/modify the parameters (ie number of votes) an existing poll?

Yes you can add a poll to an existing thread.

No one can modify the number of votes to an existing poll....it keeps everyone from cheating i guess.

The reason I ask is because sometimes the interface for the mods and admins is a little different and I'm not sure which features are available to you.

 

If it's there, then that's how you would add it.

 

If not, you could always create a poll and ask a mod/admin to merge it with the topic you want it attached to.

I just checked the permissions and everyone is already able to add a poll to a thread they created.
