Looks like a gas station waiting to happen. I've been too a few meeting recently with historic preservation groups, and I know that they are pushing heavily to keep the building intact. Medical office space or other office space is much more likely, the property has a significant historical background.

January 26, 20178 yr Historic building at corner of Reading and Kinsey knocked down today. Sad. It is sad. It was quite an interesting building. I assume it was related to the car barns that were taken down across Kinsey? This city dies a little more each day when these places disappear.
January 26, 20178 yr Has anything been announced for the Glencoe site? I have noticed they are doing quite a bit of earthwork but aside from some loose potential ideas a few years back when they demo'd it I can't recall seeing any plans. I also really like that monumental manhole there.
January 26, 20178 yr ^I don't know for certain but I think Uptown Properties is going to do a development there with a rehab and possibly new construction and Glencoe Place is going to be used as a turnaround area or something similar.
