What is the feasibility of a stadium or arena being built without government funding and also government control over the project?  If it was financed solely by private investors, is it possible for it to still make a big profit?  When city/county tax pays for the project, does that give the city/county partial ownership of the venue, or are they just providing it for the economic growth of the area and future tax revenue?
