March 15, 200619 yr I found this article on Cleveland.com TransDigm IPO sets price: $21 a share 10:13 a.m. TransDigm Group Inc., which makes aircraft parts, set the price of its initial public offering of stock at $21 a share. The shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol TDG. The Cleveland company is issuing 11 million shares, with an option that could add about 1.5 million more. If it were a bank it would rank 94th in the country in total assets otut of more than 1500.
