March 6, 20187 yr Cool...you got the CVG control tower in the second-to-last pic. Great stuff. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
March 6, 20187 yr They're all great, but the penultimate is spectacular. I've never seen a picture from that angle.
March 6, 20187 yr They're all great, but the penultimate is spectacular. I've never seen a picture from that angle. It was from the top deck of one of the Usquare parking garages. That is Lyon St. and Moerlein in the foreground.
March 7, 20187 yr lots of nice rehabs and infill. and yeah wow the airport control tower shot is jaw dropping. i was like no way. wayy!
March 8, 20187 yr $89,000 lot: The (pictured) house next door to that lot is now listed for an insane $355,000: https://www.coldwellbankerhomes.com/oh/cincinnati/105-w-clifton-avenue/pid_23361686/ I remember it being listed, briefly, by Roxanne Qualls a couple of years ago. It's now owned by an LLC registered to Ryan Messer's husband. I'm curious how they arrived at this price point.
March 8, 20187 yr ^I get the sense, looking at the interior photos, that the floors aren't level and the walls aren't square. Not surprising for a a hillside wooden house, but something that would drive me crazy as a resident. Looks like they are hoping for a $700-800k home on the lot similar to what's going up on Pueblo and Boal right now.
