Posted April 5, 20187 yr Hi, I am not sure if this is the appropriate method of starting a conversation/post as I am relatively new to UO so please forgive me if I have made a mistake and/or send me a message so that I may correct it. I am doing some research on branding and marketing of semi-recent (within the last 5 years?) residential projects around Northeast Ohio and would appreciate hearing about anyone's thoughts/likes/dislikes. Thanks in advance! -Kimolos/(Κίμωλος) ✌︎??✚?☭????
April 5, 20187 yr I don't like the name of "The Beacon." I like "Vue" over in Beachwood. "The 9" is okay. The 9 was branded as this ultra upscale, exclusive enclave and I think succeeded in that for the most part. Not sure if I've seen another property with as bold a brand here. I think property branding/naming that is just the address "668", "1717", is too generic at this point. A name/brand that relates to what was historically at the location makes sense to me.
April 5, 20187 yr I miss the prewar naming system. I've lived in old buildings called the Chelsea, the Buckwood, the Esmond... random, but more memorable than numbers.
