Posted July 3, 20186 yr http://www.toledoblade.com/business/2018/05/15/Union-dispute-leaves-some-freighters-stuck-at-port.html The Blade reports that ships are being delayed or turned away from the Port of Toledo over a labor dispute. My question is: are those cargoes considered "struck work" and thus longshoremen in other ports (Detroit or Cleveland) won't handle them? Or would that be a secondary boycott if workers in another city refused to unload the cargo? Remember: It's the Year of the Snake
