June 3Jun 3 We have a pretty decent skyline! Hopefully we start to fill in some of the gaps in the next few years. Edited June 3Jun 3 by sono4315

June 3Jun 3 Unrelated to Merchant Tower, but I recently came across this skyline picture and we don't see it from this vantage point very often. Several of the larger buildings over by Nationwide/William Green/Plaza 3/Encova etc.... missing of course, but still a cool/different view.

Agave and Rye bought that building for 1.4 million to open the restaurant and as far as I can tell, its a successful business model for them. I don't foresee them getting in to the development game unless the business tanks.

June 4Jun 4 I could see the Agave & Rye site possibly becoming a boutique style hotel at some point. The lot is pretty small to hold a large hotel. Edited June 4Jun 4 by sono4315
