Cincinnati solar project could be largest in U.S.

The city of Cincinnati is expected to put out a request for proposals in November for what could be the largest solar array by a city on city property, WVXU reports.

Cincinnati energy manager Michael Forrester said a dozen sites that could power a portion of Cincinnati's energy needs are being considered, including the 30-acre former Center Hill landfill in Elmwood Place.
