... Or am I just bore beyond stupidity?

Here is the view from the "Cut in the Hill" on I75/I71. I tilted my view and then "zoomed" in at which this point, since I was at such a sharp angle when I zoomed it was like I was getting the view of the driver, driving up I75/I71 in real-time motion. (I'm aware that this is an ultra-run-on sentence, but this is the Urbanbar so anything goes –except for solicitation)

It was pretty sweet. I didn't even have to go outside for all of this excitement.

KJP did a variation of that in one of the Rivage threads when we were all thought creating a virtual city was the thing to do.

^ Ha ha... those were the days.

I do stuff like that in Google Earth, but as you can see from that screenshot the resolution is nowhere near high enough to make it look pretty.

It's a great way to find a good skyline shot from the hills!

Yes...I too have done the same thing with Google Earth.  However the views just arent the same.  In real life I prefer the cut in the hill view, however, in Google Earth views I prefer the view from the Big Mac bridge locale.
