Carmen's Deli & Bistro, located in the Kettering Tower at 40 N. Main St., shared on Facebook today it will be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. It will offer a "full bar," stocked with Dayton-area craft beers as well as a "wide variety" of bourbons.
