The new superintendent of Juvie Hall is out after being on the job for five hours.  Did he get a call 5 hrs in that he got a better job that he had been waiting on somewhere else? Did he see something horrible that he couldn't stomach or didn't want to have to deal with? Did he fired very quickly? Official reason, "he “realized his heart just wasn’t in it”....can't even take a full day and spend the night to think about it? Something is fishy about this...

Most likely he came in wanting to do certain things, and found out someone in a key position had no intention of changing anything and had a relative that could lock them into position.

what are they going to do with the old juvenile hall?

 

that is a nice looking complex inside and out and would be a great residential rehab.
