This is awesome! I think other pictures from the article do it more justice, so I’m posting them. I’d love to see this done to some of those awful downtown Cleveland garages. Even if it was just carving out a shallow part of the first and second level facing the street and converting them into taller, single level storefronts. It would make a world of difference. 

 

It’s also interesting that they used historic building tax credits. Which means they couldn’t change the facade. Ha, I’m not sure this is what those credits were intended for, but I still support it as a massive improvement.

When is the last time I-71 turned a profit?

Honest question, does downtown Cleveland have excess parking garages right now? Obviously we have too many surface lots. (Feel free to answer for Cbus/Cinci/other cities as well since this is in Ohio discussion).
