June 7, 20205 yr ? They walked away from 55PS. I think it was not a cost effective project. Based on what KJP has been hinting at elsewhere I’d say Rockefeller is a good guess. I am going to find out... the one and only place I have sources at hahaha. EDIT ^ the mystery continues ! Edited June 7, 20205 yr by mrclifton88
June 10, 20205 yr Author So far I’m absolutely LOVING my new downtown home! My apartment itself is beautiful and has lots of natural light, the building is stunning, and I’m already getting used to the lifestyle and convenience of downtown living. Edited June 10, 20205 yr by urbanetics_
June 10, 20205 yr just wait........It gets sooooo much better then what you're experiencing now. My son moved in with me in December, and since Covid-19 and the protests/riots, downtown has been a ghost town. I've told him that once people start returning and sports come back, it takes it up to another level!!!
June 18, 20204 yr Author Just wanted to share one more quick update and resource for anyone interested in or actively looking to move downtown. Freshwater Cleveland came across my apartment search via a social media post, and they reached out to document my process. I describe my extensive downtown search and give some other thoughts on why I wanted to move downtown and what’s so great about it. Let’s get more downtown residents!! Already I love it here so much. https://www.freshwatercleveland.com/features/hunting061820.aspx Edited June 18, 20204 yr by urbanetics_
June 24, 20204 yr Anyone else downtown hear that explosion about 10pm? Sounded to us like it came from Playhouse Square area. Edit: Been looking out the window in that direction and don’t see or hear anything going on. I just read today that fireworks call-outs are through the roof this year all over the country. Maybe that was it. Edited June 24, 20204 yr by roman totale XVII My hovercraft is full of eels
June 24, 20204 yr I live at playhouse square and it was loud! But when I looked out my window, all I could see were constant fireworks....I'm hoping thats what it was

January 24, 20241 yr And, as always, there are projects in the works that aren't yet public. Hopefully we'll hear about them soon. "In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage." -- John Steinbeck
