In this case it's an actual physical lockbox at both the front and rear entrances of City Hall that you can use any time. And the City Hall is open to the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to conduct a limited amount of business in person. But also I know both the City and County are adding more online options to their services over the last several years. For example if you a lawyer, you can submit a lot of your legal documents online to the courts now. Edited March 25, 20205 yr by Larry1962 Typos

April 10, 20205 yr While not the type of news anyone likes to hear, I’m glad construction’s still progressing along on current projects. We could be left with half-completed shells of buildings, but at least we will still come out of this with new developments and new residents. The Lumen, May Co, Euclid Grand, Avenue townhomes, 12th + Ave...and let alone the gazillion of projects outside of downtown. We will definitely see some major economic effects of this pandemic, but I’m optimistic that Cleveland’s future will be just as bright as ever once we get through this. We’re resilient, we’re proud of our city and we’re going to see great things in the future, overcoming this together. I just know it. Edited April 10, 20205 yr by urbanetics_

April 25, 20205 yr Author SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2020 Cleveland city meetings to resume, construction industry cheers After a 40- to 90-day hiatus forced by the COVID-19 crisis, Cleveland's City Council and City Planning Commission meetings are due to restart. The first meetings are likely to be held in May. That's good news for Greater Cleveland's real estate and construction industry whose projects and thousands of local jobs often depend on city reviews and the approval of incentives before they can proceed. Although Cleveland's City Planning Commission hasn't announced anything formally, City Council members and local offices of architectural firms said they were aware of the city's plans to restart the planning meetings virtually. City Council will also begin meeting live virtually via Zoom as well as by other public media.
