The impact of vertical sprawl should also be considered and I am not sure how it is going to manifest itself. Especially when I would bet at least half the "residents" of places like 432 Park officially live elsewhere for tax reasons.
April 20, 20205 yr ^ yes it should because the impact of vertical sprawl is much better for the environment and business than suburban sprawl. as for the rootless rich with their multiple homes, it's not unsimilar to jailbirds, summer homes, military personnel or kids away at college.
