Time we acknowledge Central exists...!  ?

With its adjacent proximity to Downtown, as close as Tremont, and growing population, not only has there been been a TON of new construction...but also some historic renovations.

For example, check out the renovations of these "Old Cleveland" structures built in the 1870s - the Andrew and James Dall Houses.

Prospect Ave right outside downtown has some great architecture and the housing looks pretty intact. I mean it doesn't have the ammenities like Tremont and it is a very large, I think some parts of Central could be desirable.

Prospect is one of my favorite streets between 55th and I-90. The architecture, foliage and Terminal Tower in view standing tall at the end of the road is just awesome
