Posted June 16, 20204 yr Time we acknowledge Central exists...! ? With its adjacent proximity to Downtown, as close as Tremont, and growing population, not only has there been been a TON of new construction...but also some historic renovations. For example, check out the renovations of these "Old Cleveland" structures built in the 1870s - the Andrew and James Dall Houses. https://www.clevelandrestoration.org/our-programs/historic-properties-program-2/dall-houses GOOGLE STREETVIEW: https://www.google.com/maps/@41.4979023,-81.6541886,3a,75y,269.04h,90.71t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sIYClMUirRijUFNc_hBatdQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192 Edited June 16, 20204 yr by MuRrAy HiLL
June 17, 20204 yr Prospect Ave right outside downtown has some great architecture and the housing looks pretty intact. I mean it doesn't have the ammenities like Tremont and it is a very large, I think some parts of Central could be desirable.

The architecture, foliage and Terminal Tower in view standing tall at the end of the road is just awesome
