"Closed again. Reopening when Hollywood gives us movies." So sad. Running an independent movie theater is probably not the most profitable business to get into, to begin with, but then Covid hit.. 

Downtown looks really clean and you can see quite a few newer buildings mixed with the old. It looks really nice. Cool pedestrian bridge.

For clarification purposes, Eau Clair is pronounced like "O Cl-air," yeah?? And the donuts are just E-clair or ay-clair if your French? It would be a lot easier to remember this if the delicious donuts didn't exist to confuse me.

It may be a rare exception for a town/city but the newer buildings look better than the older ones.

I don't think that I have seen pictures of Eau Claire before. Its downtown looks like it's doing ok.
