    Great to see the cladding come down off the Nasby/Madison corner!

    It appears a developer will begin a three-year exterior renovation of the Nasby building starting next summer. No tenant announced yet, so the interior may have to wait, but it will be "something the community will be very proud of" according to a recent presentation on downtown development.
