Based on Edge's website they don't seem to do building architecture. EDGE are land planners and landscape architects. They did River and Rich for Casto and Moody Nolan was the architect.

The 56-unit Heritage Pointe will cost $41 million, and is expected to bring in about $15 million in entrance fees, CFO Robert Stillman said in a recorded call with bond investors. That's a great sign considering they haven't even started construction yet. The article also mentions that they hope to start construction in the fall "if the project gets final approvals - and the bond market settles down".
October 13, 20204 yr It looks like we had a New Structure application filed for the new 11-story Westminster-Thurber tower. Hopefully we don't have to wait too much longer for them to get started on this. https://portal.columbus.gov/Permits/Cap/CapDetail.aspx?Module=Building&TabName=Building&capID1=20CAP&capID2=00000&capID3=011MK&agencyCode=COLUMBUS&IsToShowInspection=
October 13, 20204 yr Also, here's an additional rendering from the other side that I don't think I've seen before. I found it in this PDF from their website: https://www.ohioliving.org/uploads/OLWT Heritage Pointe - Low Resolution.pdf

I thought I read it would be put up on the site of a connector between the two of the current buildings, but not sure which connector it will be (the one fronting Neil or the one connecting the two that overlook I-670).

December 7, 20204 yr ^That's my understanding as well. This project has been discussed in the Harrison West thread.
December 7, 20204 yr Yep, they have a brochure on their site and its got the site plan and renders. Looks like the current connection between the towers will be demo'd and replaced with the new tower as the connection. https://www.ohioliving.org/communities/ohio-living-westminster-thurber/residences/heritage-pointe

March 22, 20214 yr This project is showing up in 2 threads. I personally think it should be in the Harrison West thread since it's not within Victorian Village. Maybe there should be a Thurber Village thread that includes this and the Casto shopping center redevelopment just to the north?

March 22, 20214 yr Ya I've posted in both threads, usually just following someone else's earlier post (while missing concurrent posts about the project). It is defiantly not within the Victorian Village Boundary. The Harrison West Thread is the right place for South of Buttles, West of Neil (even though it is east of Harrison if it continued south).

Even though Thurber Village is a subset of the Harrison West neighborhood, people frequently think it is part of Victorian Village. But because the Thurber developments are so different from the rest of the Harrison West neighborhood - and because there's alot of Thurber activity now - it is time to break out Thurber Village into its own thread.
June 15, 20213 yr Construction progress at Westminster-Thurber. No sign of a tower crane yet. The rig seen here is drilling foundation piles.

July 7, 20213 yr That'll be a nice addition. I'd love for Columbus to start seeing more developments in the 150-200 foot range. “To an Ohio resident - wherever he lives - some other part of his state seems unreal.”

It was live before the match and was pretty cool to watch while people came in. They turned it off for the match and then it was back on. not sure why it’s still live though, most of the work that isn’t done, is inside.

February 11, 20223 yr Looks like there's an update coming from Casto for the Giant Eagle site. From the Harrison West Society facebook page: Quote Giant Eagle Neil Ave Plaza Update!!! Casto will be returning to the Harrison West Society public meeting on Wednesday, 2/16, to share an updated proposal for the development of the Giant Eagle plaza on Neil Avenue. This will be a forum for the developers to collect feedback from the area on the development. There have been several changes since this was last shared in early 2020. We highly encourage ALL neighbors, especially those in Harrison West and Victorian Village to attend this meeting to ask questions and share feedback. The event details including the Zoom invite is below. This is a public meeting that is open to all and any who would like to attend. https://www.facebook.com/events/1338016066610847?ref=newsfeed
