I fixed it for them.....

"* Extend RTA Rapid transit service from Tower City Center SOUTH ALONG/NEAR PEARL, BY THE ZOO & METRO, TO PARMA TOWN.....east to Painesville and west to Lorain."

A rail line down that route should be the RTA's biggest priority when it comes to expansion, that is probably one of if not the most dense(buildings/population) routes in Cleveland as well as one of the busiest streets.

Focus on your more populated city neighborhoods before trying to expand into the rural suburbs.

for the record, Painesville and Lorain are not "rural suburbs" 😉

Lake County, at least, has a lot more variety than you're giving it credit 😂

Time to get out of the 1940s and 1950s.  Population density-wise, western Lake County is basically the same as northeastern Cuyahoga County.  The extension of the Red Line is NOT a new idea.  The Tokyu heavy rail cars that are nearing 40 years old (delivered by the mid- 1980's) had destination signs stating "MENTOR" when they were delivered new to RTA.  At least Lake County has found itself a very successful commuter operation to downtown Cleveland.  One cannot say that about RTA.

NOACA is conducting a large transportation survey of NE Ohioans.  The survey will use randomly-selected individuals:
