I neglected to mention that several of the above images are future development projects:

- two of the large industrial buildings are planned for market rate residential conversions

- the old service station will be the site of a new Agave & Rye restaurant

- the former B&O train depot will be relocated and rehabbed

- the former electric substation will be renovated to house AMP Brewing, a new microbrewery

- the old firehouse is being turned into a neighborhood arts center

I’m glad to hear this. When I saw the picture I thought it would make a great conversion to a coffee shop or restaurant similar to The Station in St. Helena, CA in Napa Valley ( https://www.google.com/search?q=the+station+st+helena&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-us&client=safari#ip=1 ) and a former gas station turned coffee shop here in LA in K-town.
