February 7, 20232 yr Looking at the Jan 30th pic and this one from today it looks to be about a floor a week? If I'm counting right they're on 9th/10th now and the prior pic looks like the same progress through 8th/9th.
February 9, 20232 yr Nice shot! I think it will look great heading west on Euclid. We have waited an awful long time to fill in that empty lot. And while l usually prefer taller buildings in this case l think the scale fits in with its neighbors. At any rate, sooo glad to finally see that gap-toothed section filled in. Thank you City Club.

It's possible they'll have the lowest floors furnished in June/July.

With the Lumen, they opened leasing right before the pandemic-induced economic shutdown. I was lucky to get in for a tour on March 4, 2020 right before the shutdown. The first move-ins came later that summer, roughly four months later IIRC. The Lumen was completely topped out and all of the glass curtainwall was installed by the time leasing started.
