Usually there is a push by property management staff to begin getting leasing lined up to get the thing filled. Edited August 18, 20231 yr by Gnoraa

Let me see if I can get over there today or tomorrow.

September 15, 20231 yr It was nice having a couple cranes visible from the skyline. So long City Club crane, we hardly new ye. Equipment to dismantle it starting to arrive this evening. https://www.riderta.com/riders-alerts/euclid-avenue-closure Quote September 16, 2023 - September 18, 2023 From Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 6:00am until Monday, September 18, 2023 at 7:00pm, Euclid Ave. will close westbound between E 17 and E 13 due to a construction crane installation, and between E 9 and E 6 eastbound and westbound due to a crane dismantling.
September 15, 20231 yr Well, I for one will just be glad I don’t have to pan out or back in order to include the crane with the building’s progress. After this, Beacon and Lumen, it’s not like I’m hoping for another significant high rise project along Euclid any time soon* 😬😐🤪 *Check in on the forum photographers, we may or may not be okay (if anyone has insight on the day the Sherwin Williams crane is coming down, please let us know so we can plan our time of mourning appropriately) 😵 clevelandskyscrapers.com Cleveland Skyscrapers on Instagram

September 16, 20231 yr Lovin’ the glass on City Club! - that should look amazing when completed - will really add a modern “pop” to that part of the Ave.

The glazing is the same as the neighboring buildings, to me at least.

September 22, 20231 yr Got a call Tuesday and apparently construction is a tad behind schedule so move-in date was pushed back from Oct 15 to Dec 7. How about you @Milkshake1?
September 22, 20231 yr 19 hours ago, Agreene2 said: Nary a parking lot in those shots. I’ve been spending some time in Dallas recently for work and DT Dallas is a tragedy. From a distance, it looks dense, but when you’re in it, it’s pockmarked with parking lots everywhere and ugly brutalist architecture. Uptown Dallas, just over the highway from DT, is much more dense and walkable with loads of 15-30 story buildings, and is what I hope University Circle becomes someday. Once Cleveland builds on the remaining parking lots in the Warehouse District, it will be a truly dense downtown. It’s fun to see the gaps being filled in.
September 22, 20231 yr You know if you think about it while we don't have the number of cranes that some cities do over the last 10-15 years we have been adding buildings at a decent enough clip such that those parking craters ARE getting filled in.
September 22, 20231 yr There are still several more craters I'd like to see filled - specifically 4th & Prospect (nuCLEus site), 8th & Prospect and 9th & Bolivar. And of course those surrounding SHW, but I assume nothing will happen there until construction is completed. Although it would be nice to hear of some developments in the planning stages.

How about you @Milkshake1? My move in date was moved from November 1 to December 1. But then i chose to switch units so I'm scheduled for December 30 now. They also said the ground and second floor restaurants and retail are still set for early November opening. The rooftop pool (not open to the public) is slated for early June opening. Once I'm moved in I'll see about having an UrbanOhio meetup there in the summer.
