This building is such a great addition downtown - bringing more residents, and another much needed modern residential  tower.  A great presence on Euclid..I hope we get even more similar builds downtown in the near future. 
 

I ran into some friendly city ambassadors in front of the building who were doing their thing - nice!

I kinda liked the bright, orange-ish color prior to cladding.   That stretch of Euclid could use some brighter color.

I see what you did there.

The cladding has definitely arrived and is starting to be installed.  I can't tell if the "blue" is just a protective film and will be removed after installation.  The renderings are hard to tell what the final color will be.

@dave2017, I believe the final cladding will be just as it’s shown on the rendering- A seemingly random combination on pale purple with dark blue accent panels mixed in. It should be very interesting and eye catching.

Some more pics of the panels going up! Some of the true panel colors are peeking out behind the blue protective coverings. Gonna look cool!

 

Good Golly, I want that blue! The purple looks pretty dark.

But, from the rendering that area looks like the darkest purple of the building.

Deep Purple, if you will.

Nice progress is being made on the panel facade.  I had to laugh at this view of the entrance canopy as it resembles a slice of burnt toast!

I wonder if it was intentional or coincidental that the circular opening on the rooftop canopy is strikingly similar to what was once right across the street in the Bond clothing store.

Got a call from the leasing manager last night that the move in date for first residents is delayed another month to late January. My date had been December 29th.

Yep, same here. From Oct. 15 to Dec. 7 to now "late January". 

They are so behind schedule and its not gonna get any better

I believe that is just the current special they are running to try filling it up. But they worded it like it was a consolation for the constant delays. Think we can play the disgruntled card to get an extra month out of them?

Speaking of "Cleveland Beige", the old City Club building on the left could use a good cleaning.
