April 29Apr 29 This building is just a poorly executed project on many fronts, and in 20 years it's likely going to be considered an eyesore IMO. I'm also sick of the sidewalk obstructions on Euclid.

The color pops on this building makes this feel so vibrant, too bad the management is terrible.
May 24May 24 I was worried this was going to be very Miami/Vancouver-esque, which seem very common these days. Ultimately I agree that its a pleasant enough design
May 24May 24 I loved the design before it was built and the finished product seems to be what l expected. The reason l loved it was because l saw it as a major break from what we usually see around here. It looks like something out of Vancouver, which l think is sorely needed here. The only problem with Vancouver now is this kind of design is pretty much all you see there. Now it's overkill there while here it's simply a modern breath of fresh air. We could use another 8-10 here before the design has run its course.
May 24May 24 Found out at an event tonight on the rooftop that there is a further delay on the pool opening. Now it's July 4th weekend. They did not specify 2025 or 2026.Also, no movement on the coffee shop/wine bar. Some equipment was delivered, sat on the counter for a few days, and is now gone. It looks the same as it has for months.
