I just want to point out that One Union National Plaza, shown below, was built a year earlier than Dayton's Grant-Deneau Tower (aka 40 West 4th Centre).  Oh, and they are the exact same height of 331 feet.  Surely not a coincidence...

Many nice old buildings. I had forgotten about that streetcar.

it's clean and i like the streetcar for sure.
