Adding 500 units in that location with the current at-grade access to 33 is going to make this an absolute nightmare. No access to 33 SE going out, and access in from 33 NW is going to require turning across two lanes of highway traffic that doesn't have a signal for at least six miles in either direction. Real "may the odds be ever in your favor" energy trying to cross there.
