Posted May 19, 20223 yr There is a hate/love relationship with the offices of the Cincinnati Mini-Storage complex in Camp Washington in Cincinnati. This was my first time really seeing it up close and I was perplexed at the playground equipment. It looked like something out of the "Survival Town" that was created during Operation Teapot or in Indiana Jones 4. Is there a residence upstairs for a caretaker (and their children)? May 19, 20223 yr Just your standard addition to a single family residence, I'm not sure what's odd about it...
May 19, 20223 yr My kids and i compare it to the big glowing wall that expands and swallows all in Fortnite. This house just got lucky and it stopped before gobbling it up entirely. From what i saw at the time, it really is a lived in house for the on site manager. It does have a movie set/truman show vibe though for sure.
May 19, 20223 yr Author I posed this on Reddit and apparently on-site managers or caretakers is not that uncommon. I just wish that with this one, the house and building would have at least been parallel to the road 🙄
May 19, 20223 yr Is the house part of the office of the storage facility, or is it a manager housing?

May 21, 20223 yr People associated with the storage unit company living at the entrance of large storage unit complexes is quite common. It gets the insurance cost down, for one. Someone is always around to respond to the alarm.
