The Kenton County Fiscal Court at its March 25 meeting approved the development agreement giving Merus, formerly known as Al Neyer, and Urban Sites development rights to the air lot above the future garage. Wish Covington would have forced more brick or additional elevated materials, because we all know that white and black section is going to be EIFS or some painted corrugated metal.

May 8May 8 Whenever we can add floors to existing buildings, that's a huge win! And in particular, adding three floors to a three-story building (doubling its height) is very noteworthy. Not very common to see that kind of overbuild. Happy to see this!
