So if the water is shedding off the deck to the rail and not down through the deck, probably fine. But if it's a traditional deck build, then it's not advisable. Holds moisture and hides deterioration If you do. And just because you shouldnt doesn't mean folks won't.Also, the ends of some of these balconies look terrible with 4 2x10 laminated together that are uneven.

22 hours ago22 hr Had a few extra minutes while in Quarry Trails recently...Tried to get a few looks at progress across the site for those who might not have a chance to check it out regularly...MFH buildings 7 & 8 (of 21) rise in CQTA little further back shows 7 & 8 rising in the distance. The area to the left is where the 2 rows of 21 apartment buildings will be built.
