Here are some snaps I took on my recent trip to Argentina and Uruguay.  The first 10 are Buenos Aires.  The rest are from Uruguay, mostly Montevideo and Colonia Del Sacramento.  Uruguay was a real surprise and highly underrated, IMG_0634.thumb.jpeg.9a7e843081793c072ea16f4f5a9e36e6.jpegIMG_0720.thumb.jpeg.8b65cb9bb804486c31a5f706bccbf30f.jpeg

^ Great pictures! I spent almost 10 years working across South America and loved it. You’re absolutely right about Uruguay - I find it to be largely unknown, underrated and unvisited.

My hovercraft is full of eels

we did the exact trip in the tweens. yes loved monte and colonia too.

did you make it out to tigre? we didnt have time, but i would want to do some kayaking around there next time.

also the mar del plata and punta del este beaches would be nice.

We didn’t have time to do Tigre. We spent about seven days in BA, another seven days in Monte, and two days in colonia. We took a day trip up to Punta from Montevideo.

Beautiful pictures! Personally, I think Buenos Aires is one of the most aesthetically pleasing cities in the world
