I'm off the 21st-23rd. 

I'm not sure I can make it in any event, so don't build a schedule totally around me, but 19th and 20th are out; 21 and 22 are both possibilities.

Happy hour  Dec 19 or 20 would be my vote.    Can do any location.  

I can do happy hour (after work) anytime that Monday - Thursday.

I'm a fan of HH only because there's no time constraint or anything. If lunch wins it, it'd be easiest for me if it were downtown. Either way thanks for setting this up Brian.

Whatever day and time as long as it’s not on a Monday and I should be good to go.

Thursday HH works best. I can’t do lunch that week.

OK, there were a pretty even number of votes for most of the options, but based on the comments I think happy hour is better. And it looks like each day is bad for at least someone. Putting all that together, let's call it Tuesday, Dec 20. happy hour at Masthead Brewery (1261 Superior Ave). It has good bus access and last time it was a good venue. Chiming in late, Tuesday my daughter rides horses at Chagrin Valley, so can't make it.  Which sucks, Masthead is on my list of places to try since they make a coffee stout with the neighbors.

Sorry I can't make it.  We're in the middle of building a house and have b-day reservations on the 20th.  Hope the turnout is great and everyone has a good time!

That’s a great question. How late do you need us to stay for you to make it? I don’t have any other plans that evening.

I'm not worried about it I could probably be there by 6 pm...just wondering for the others what the "planned" time was.    There is always the option of the beer flowing and getting kicked out when the lights come on... 😜

The Admins and ownership of UrbanOhio do not approve, encourage, endorse or have any responsibility for attendees who decide to go with that option. Nor are we paying anybody’s tab. 😁

I've got a meeting at 5, but going to try and shift it earlier, either way I'll be there at some point.

Restaurtant/bars closing at about that time is a trend the pandemic accelerated but did not begin.

It'd be incredibly dorky, but nametags w/handles would be helpful from past experience/being new at one of these meetups.

Apparently the coding club of Cleveland will be holding a meet up there as well at the same time.

Unfortunately I’m gonna have to cancel. With the storm coming, I’ve got some animal accommodations I’ve gotta get in order.

I am a hard maybe now as well--have events switching around later in the week because the local forecasters are scaring everyone.    Will depend on how much work I have left to do later this afternoon

I was trying to figure out the right way to say that latter part - you put it much better than I could have.
