Oh it felt good to write that forum topic!

I love that Ronayne is dunking on the stupid and embarrassing Ohio ad campaign.

When is the last time I-71 turned a profit?

I do hope he can keep up the style of work he achieved in U circle.

During a time in human history where fresh water resources will become more and more scarce, this is the type of movement the region needs. 🏆

As long as he is not talking about "sharing" these resources.

Nice to see that he took the train to his first day on the job. To talk with constituents? To make a statement on the importance of transit?

^Great optics for what we care about. Leading by example.

I’m a Ronayne fan! With both Bibb and Ronayne leading the way, it feels like we finally… FINALLY… have competent leadership who aren’t part of the old guard.

I think it’s great that Ronayne regularly uses RTA and talks about using RTA.

Ronayne’s State of the County address is on Wednesday June 28 from 3-5:30. (Seems long!)

Looks like the first bit of friction in local politics involving Ronayne

Cuyahoga County executive challenges contract extension for NOACA chief

Chris Ronayne urged the board of NOACA, a regional transportation planning agency, to slow down on giving a raise and contract extension to CEO Grace Gallucci.

Accomplishments include a Hyperloop feasability study.😂😂

She needs to go...

noaca has done much more more in the last 12 years than a hyperloop feasibility study.

from the outside, it seems they do a good job.

Grace Gallucci is EXCELLENT and I’m very surprised by the pushback from Ronayne. Hopefully his comments are more about the process than his opinion of her performance. I believe there is a NOACA board meeting this morning if anyone wants to tune in.

The hyperloop study was pushed on NOACA by the local business community. It wasn’t something NOACA was interested in, they were just practicing politics. I’m surprised to see it on that list.

I think this is a big part of it.

Her testimony on the Midway in front of Ohio Legislature really made me a fan.

This seems odd. Why did he all the sudden stick his neck out like that, especially when the board chair replied by telling him to go pound salt. Seems like a waste of political capital.

The process is important.
