April 13, 200619 yr WOw that's a lot of money for steps. Then again, pretty much every government funded/managed project seems to cost a lot more than it should.

Personally, I think this plan is a great idea and really makes the whole Immaculata experience Seps/church/gate into a potential draw as opposed to the run-down scene it is now. i particularly like the idea of bringing the old gate "out of retirement".

November 1, 200618 yr A friend of mine lives in Adams Place, they were working out an easement deal with the City for the lower portion of the steps/walkway. This was just recently completed. I don't know if they are waiting until spring for the construction though.
