These come from the General Plan of Cleveland from Cleveland Planning Commission in 1951. ( @Boomerang_Brian) And from IM Pei's Erieview Plan:

I've never seen any. hmmm, I'll see next time I'm in there (Public Admin Library). FWIW they had a lot of pages of narrative/descriptions of buildings but it seemed like mostly exterior renderings.
