Been meaning to get up there for a while, but with the Sherwin Williams building crown shaping up, that was the kick in the keister that I needed. Not sure of the rationale, but the deck is now open from 3-7 on Saturdays and Sundays (for the longest time it was noon to 3ish/4ish). Seeing the Public Square do you think it would be better if they just made it into a true square and close the middle even for busses?
