Been meaning to get up there for a while, but with the Sherwin Williams building crown shaping up, that was the kick in the keister that I needed. Not sure of the rationale, but the deck is now open from 3-7 on Saturdays and Sundays (for the longest time it was noon to 3ish/4ish). It was a bit overcast but the sun eventually started to come out - I actually don't mind a bit of overcast weather, it tends to help diffuse the light resulting in less harsh shadows, etc.

Seeing the Public Square do you think it would be better if they just made it into a true square and close the middle even for busses?
