Date and Location finalized

I’ve been thinking about the idea of combining Cleveland history + beer for some upcoming gathering (not necessarily related to this upcoming proposal).  
 

For example:

 

1) Tour Gray’s Armory , walk to AJ Rocco’s

2) Check out the Cozad-Bates House, walk to Jolly Scholar Brewery 

3)  Soldiers and Sailor’s Monument, walk to Butcher and Brewer 

4) Check out Dunham Tavern, walk to the Black Frog Brewery (opening in the 2025?) 

I know I’ve been unavailable these past few, but this recently crossed my mind of doing something like this once 3 - 4 times a year. 
 

With that said, hope I can attend our next gathering!

Looks like Thursday, May 23 works for the most people. Let's call it 5:30 pm. And Forest City Brewing was the clear preference. (2135 Columbus Rd Cleveland, OH 44113, close to the Red Line Ohio City / West 25th station.) I checked their schedule and they do have a band playing at 7. If there are enough of us they'd probably open one of the front rooms, but the way that place is set up we'll be fine either way. We are calling this the 20th Anniversary Celebration so I'm really hoping for a good turn out.

I'm 50-50, it will depend on how work goes (new job, still in Mentor) and a couple of other things.

Although will be staying at the Downtown LA Hilton Checkers ... will report back... never really explored Downtown LA before.

My son has a soccer game tomorrow night. I hope we can do one sometime in June while my wife and son are in Europe.

Another successful NEO meetup! It was great to finally meet @ArtMasterCLE and @dwolfi01 and to see @MayDay @Milkshake1 @gildone @Oldmanladyluck @Blimp City , Sam, definitely not Terdolph, Joe, Mike, and a few friends of friends. Next one is at the premium lounge and will be by invite only. 🤣 And I definitely needed this meetup after the day I had at work, so thank you all for coming out.
