I am looking for information, application packet, contact info etc. for the flats renovation project grant funding that is available. I would love to move my company into the flats and contribute but I am hitting a brick wall getting everything started. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Is the program specifically called "flats renovation project grant." I have never heard of that. The city and county have a good deal of programs that help businesses locate in the city. Have you looked at these sites?

Are you looking at a vacant brownfield or are you looking at renovating an existing building?

I had not checked out those sites. Thank your for the info. I will research it further. As to the exact name of the program I was never sure of that. I know there are usually economic development grants or programs similar to that. I will start with your info and go from there. Thank you again.

as to the type of building I am just looking for space for starters as I will need alot for storage since I am a distributor. New or old doesn't matter if the deal is right.
