Posted May 25, 200619 yr A developer will soon begin work on a new highrise apartment complex near the intersection of Cedar Road and South Green Road in University Hts. The residents nearby oppose it, saying it drapes into their backyards, but the city has already approved the project to move forward. It will be in an area where no other highrises currently exist, which may pave the way for move down the road, where University Hts. has become a city that has very little space left to develop on, so building up is now one of the few options left for developers in the area.
