Posted June 5, 200619 yr With such a strong Catholic, Hungarian ethic background and history, I present you the East Toledo neighborhood which sits on the east bank of the river and consists with a population of nearly 35,000: Marina District's Former Acme Power Plant and other proposed plans This land is proposed to be the Marina District with a full view of the downtown on the east bank of the river Birmingham Catholic Church East Toledo Catholic Church St. Mark's Lutheran Church East Toledo's "mini" downtown and the second picture I like to give credit to one of the urbanohio member who's done pictures of Toledo as well Rowing Club in the International Park The Original Tony Packo's Waite High School and football stadium New Waite Middle School New Oakdale Elementary School St. Charles Hospital which is on the border of East Toledo and suburb of Oregon Anthony Wayne "Hi-Level" Bridge Anderson's Mill & Grain Elevators The Docks Proposed of the new I-280 Bridge from the East Toledo side Built in 1948 here's the Toledo Sports Arena, right now we are in the planning phases in selecting architectures and funding for a new arena which will be relocated in the downtown area near the Seagate Convention Centre and 5/3 Field
