May 1May 1 Honestly looks really good and will complement the nearby Jones Heel apartments pretty well. Just needs better screening for the garage. Either do murals or line the front side with lobby, amenities or retail.

UCT stands for Urban Center and this zoning district allows for mixed-use development, including residential, commercial, and institutional uses, with a high density of mixed-use buildings and is one of several districts in the downtown area
