Just curious on this.  I don't want to start any fights here.

No fights, actually with how poor Michigan has been playing the past few years, I don't even consider them a rival anymore.

BWAH!

I think Penn State is starting to take UM's place.

I don't think that could ever happen.  Look at last years michigan OSU game....top notch rivalry game.

yeah, despite the slipping of michigans program over the last few years, it still ends up being a great game.

That being said, being born in ohio, raised in michigan, and having lived in ohio for the last 6 years now, I really don't care.

Pope, I never noticed, thats the Norton furniture guy under your name...Excellent!

Was there any need for this question?!  The obvious answer is Ohio State baby!  :-D

f*ck Michigan  :finger2:

The only way I can imagine anyone picking Michigan over Ohio State is their living above US Rt. 20.  That's a shame.

Native Cincinnatian here. I root for Michigan.

The rivalry has been cycling lately. Michigan dominated the Cooper years, which is why he's gone. And Tressel has owned Carr.

^which is why carr should be gone.

Ohio State drove me crazy during the Cooper years at which time I converted to a Michigan fan.  I know he is not the coach any longer, however I can't stop rooting for the Wolverines.

Buckeyes all the way, even when they had John Cooper as coach.  Man, was that hard.

I'm forever emotionally scarred from John Cooper's era.  I can never, never go into Michigan week thinking it's a lock.  I just can't.  Every other game (including bowl games) I'm good, but not Michigan.  Thanks John.

Geez Gotribe, are you going to be a White Sox fan soon?

booooooo gotribe.  gotribe....gohome

Can't wait for the day when the overall record swings in OSU's favor, maybe in my lifetime???  It's at 57-40-6 I think...

The record is pretty much even if you just look at the past 50 years (or something like that).  The reason the overall record is so heavily in Michigan's favor is because they won almost all the OSUvUM games at the turn of the (20th) century.

And if you want to get more creative and selectively consider only the past five years, OSU actually leads the all-time series.

GO BLUE!!!

That's what the Columbus media always does.  Every year during the John Cooper era, they would somehow come up with someway to say the series was even the last 22, 28, 35, or 49 years.

Now they just keep a running total of the days since Michigan last defeated Ohio State.

Go Irish! (but I'm a Buckeye fan as well)

Muck Fichigan and Ann Arbor is a whore!

As much as I HATE Ohio State.....I have to go with the home state.  I would root for anyone else in Ohio over OSU in any sport....anyday.

Cheer Cincinnati, Cincy will win!

Fight to the finish, never give in!
