Arena District's Buggyworks complex welcomes its 1st office tenant in ODW Logistics

 

 

The first company has moved into the transformed Buggyworks office complex in the Arena District.

 

ODW Logistics Inc. has relocated 54 back-office employees and executives from its trucking hub on the city’s south side to the complex at 390-400 W. Nationwide Blvd. being renovated by Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd.

Here are some recent streetviews of the renovated office portion of the Buggyworks Building at 390-400 W. Nationwide Blvd:

 

This is a view from the corner of Nationwide and Huntington Park Lane.  The original four-story warehouse got new brick installed on its exterior.  A new three-story addition was built to the east along Huntington Park Lane next to the Columbus Clippers ballpark.  One concerning part of the renovation plan was the addition of a surface parking lot in front of the new addition.  But it looks like this is only a small short-term parking and drop-off area setback from the Nationwide corner:
