SkyscraperPage seems to not have up-to-date information on Ohio's building projects.

1)  303 Broadway, is listed as under construction... isn't it completed?

2)  Fountain Place is listed as proposed, wasn't that plan abandoned?

3)  What's the status on The Pinnacle and Stonebridge Phase IV in Cleveland?  The site says they should be completed already.

4)  Cleveland World Trade Center Tower is proposed, is this abandoned?

5)  The new Nationwide condo tower isn't listed.

There are a couple others that are questionable as well...

If anyone has any info on these please let me know and I will ask them to update our information.  Or, if someone wants to take the initiative to do it themselves, go for it!

Cleveland also has.

1)  Courthouse Plaza Office Tower proposed

2)  Homewood Suites Hotel proposed

Phase I of 303 Broadway (Queen City Square) is completed.  Phase II is in pre-development.

A scaled-down Fountain Place was developed, where Macy's is.  But if you're talking about the tower at Fifth and Race, that's not going to be happening any time soon.  As recently as March, Eagle Realty expressed that there was still a project in the pre-development stages...probably a residential tower.  I'd still call the project abandoned (due to the length of time it has taken), but with cautious optimism.

If you’ve never visited it, I’m a bit partial to emporis.com which is another site similar to skyscraperpage.com.  Even though you must pay money for full access to all its info, you should still be able to find the answers to most of your questions without a membership if you take time to learn some of it’s specialized search features.  For example, the site allows you to search for buildings by company.  Since I didn’t know the building’s name, I did a Columbus search for buildings owned by Nationwide (I didn’t know that they were building a new condo).  Sure enough I was able to see that Nationwide has a proposed 23 story condo under the name “Buggyworks.”  I’m guessing this is the building you are referring to.

^I and a few others have a royal beef with emporis.com. When they began as skyscrapers.com, they actively recruited me and other architecture geeks under the premise that they would be a non-profit site basically doing what we do - providing information to the public.

However, they eventually expected everyone like me (who already had a full-fledged site about their respective city) to replicate all of our efforts on their site. Those who didn't were banned from being editors/contributors. They not only kept the information we gave them, but in some cases copyrighted photos. Photos that were contributed with the impression that skyscrapers.com was not going to make any money off of them.

Some former contributors have been contemplating legal action because emporis.com is allegedly not paying them photography fees for images that third parties have purchased.

This isn't to say that emporis.com doesn't have a lot of useful info and that all of the people in charge are shady, but I think people should be aware of their background.

I used to be an editor on skyscrapers.com before I left for my Army training back in 2001.  I'm still a photographer there now, but rarely contribute anything...........kinda like on this site  :)

Aside from the photos, people, especially Wikipedia, steal your original research.  It wasn't like this so much back around 1999.  For that reason I've been keeping a lot of my activity off-line.  I'd really like to put all of my original work online for free but if your work appears on Wikipedia, people are going to think you copied and pasted their content when it was really you spending your days down at the library.  I've even been biting my tongue a lot on this and other forum sites, keeping my ideas to myself until they can be published in printed form.

My thread has been hijacked...

^Sorry buddy, I thought I was giving you a site that provided the info you inquired about.  I think I still did, although I didn’t realize emporis.com was looked upon with such hostility by some around here.

I believe that skyscraperpage has also left out the 'Broadway Tower at St. Xavier Park' (Cincinnati)which is in predevelopment stages.  This is the additional 12 stories on top of the 5 story (i think) garage at 7th and Broadway.  This would be a condo tower on top of the existing garage.

There is no need to bite your tongue on this site.

I guess my site is so hap-hazard, that wikipedia doesn't bother with my material too much.

Then again, how are they going to copy a photo or a map.

Nope, they have it on the site as proposed, 17 stories, residential.  Sounds ok.
