Capital University is axing three off-campus schools and 13 percent of its full-time employees in an attempt to head off millions of dollars in deficit spending for the fourth year in a row.

 

The Bexley liberal arts school announced the deep cuts today, a month after its treasurer and president resigned following the revelation that the 2005-2006-year deficit was three times as much as expected...
